Supreme Court of India not ready to allow the exploitation of technical education in the country. Just to address this matter, AICTE had set up the Justice Srikrishna committee about to inform the issue of high tuition fee in management private institutions.
Till to take a hard decision regarding this matter, the panel has recommended ceiling on proposed tuition fees for the following courses such as Engineering, pharmacy, Architecture, computer application and MBA/PGDM courses in private institutes in India. The panel has also dictated the names of cities where these Private business institutes are located in Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
