MBA VS MCA, Which one is Better?


Are you Graduating and now fully confuse in choosing a master’s course for your superior career. There are two top career oriented courses named as MBA (Master of Business Administration) and MCA (Master’s of Computer Application). There are two choices, but it’s really difficult to take one without knowing the future prospects of a particular course as per your Graduation.
MBA and MCA, both are master degree courses. but mca is a technical course which includes the computer applications and mba is a management course which includes managerial activities, human resource management, finance, banking, marketing, information technology and so on.
MBA VS MCA:
Somewhere your graduation degree, is also a factor on which you will choose your master’s degree.  like if you have graduated from bca (bachelor’s of computer application) then mca will better for your career because you will learn more computer applications. Your base will get stronger in the same field if you choose mca after bca. In case, if you are graduate by bba (bachelor’s of business administration), then you can choose mba for your career because this will deeper your knowledge in the management field.
MCA (Master’s of Computer Application):- It is a three year duration course which is divided into six semesters. Candidates who have completed their bachelor’s degree in mathematics or statistics subject  at 10+2/degree level, they are eligible to take admission in mca course.  MCA offers advanced technical skills that is software development, latest programming languages, algorithm design, computer networks, database management, and other it subjects.
How to find out Best MCA Institutes in India:
There are so many factors which play a major role behind to grade any of the Institute on top. Those factors are campus placement, infrastructure, qualified faculty, well equipped laboratories etc. You guys first check out the placement structure of college and then decide whether you take admission in a particular college or not.
MBA (Master’s of Business Administration):- It is a two year duration course which is divided into four semesters.  Candidates who have completed their graduation degree in any discipline, they are eligible to take admission in mba courses. mba offers managerial skills includes administration, leadership and business skills.
Future Aspects:
After completion of mca or mba course, candidates will get jobs under profiles named as web developer, programmer, designer, system analyst, software testers, accountant, business manager, hr recruiter, marketing executive, higher administrative positions such as ceo, etc.  It completely depends upon your some qualities apart from your academic performance that is confidence, quick problem solver, good communication skills, hard work, willingness, capacity to learn, team work, effective communication, confidence, good flair of speaking etc.
As per discussions with some candidates who already did their master’s degree, they said that,’mba is the best choice as compared to mca course because if you will choose mca course then you will face bad competition with an engineering candidates. This will effects your salary package. But if you will go the mba, then you will place directly into management positions with handsome salary packages because the competition level is low.
